Jennifer Apple Pridham is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Child and Youth Worker, managing a holistic and alternative health business: Resilient Seed Wellness.  Specific offerings have grown to include Classical Hatha Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Pre + Post-Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness techniques for youth and teens, Visionary-Journaling, and Ayurvedic approaches, all available through group class/ semi-private/ private lesson and workshop formats.

  • 12:30 till 1:30pm: Riverlines Studio, 48 Mill St. S, Port Hope (FREE Yoga In Kind class)

Wednesday:

  • 11:00 till Noon: Riverlines Studio, 48 Mill St. S, Port Hope, Gentle Vichara Yoga (register with Heather or Mark at 905 375 7385)

  • 1:00 till 2:00pm: St. Andrew’s Church, 200 King St. W, Cobourg (FREE class) Generously sponsored by the Ryan Huffman Foundation!

Friday:

  • 11:00am till Noon: Port Hope Public Library, 31 Queen St., Port Hope (FREE class) Session runs until Dec. 13th/24′

Customized Offerings:

In studio $75 per hour

In your home $100 per hour (Port Hope/ Cobourg area)

Group rate (sliding scale available) $100
